Norma earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters of Science in Nursing & Hospital Administration from Texas Women's University.

She served as a RN in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and earned the rank of Captain. Her clinical experiences include staff and director level positions in hospitals in North Carolina, Virginia and Texas. She has held executive positions as a Vice President in hospitals in North Carolina and Texas with responsibility for clinical operations, support services, quality improvement and other departments. Additionally, she has served as guest lecturer for graduate level programs at two universities. She is an author of an article published in the Journal of Nursing Administration. She has served as an active member of local, state and national organizations in Nursing, Healthcare Administration and Home Health Care. She was a Medicare / State surveyor for Home Health Care prior to becoming a home health care consultant.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Christian University. He obtained certification as a Nurse Anesthetist from Harris Hospital School of Anesthesia. He worked as a nurse anesthetist in the Department of Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He was employed by the State of Texas as a State and Medicare Surveyor for thirteen years before becoming a home health consultant.

As an LVN, she was an employee at two hospitals in Kerrville. After earning an Associate Degree in nursing from San Antonio College, she worked at Kerrville State Hospital. She then became a State of Texas/Medicare Home Health Care surveyor before becoming a home health care consultant.
